The Moose Jaw Legion's mission is to serve veterans, which includes serving military and RCMP members and their families, to promote Remembrance and to serve our communities and our country. Royal Canadian Legion Branch 59 in Moose Jaw can trace its roots back to 1919 when a charter was first granted for the Great War Veterans Association. In 1926 a new charter was granted for Branch 59 of the Royal Canadian Legion.
